How this works...

Preliminary Planning...this is where we get to know each other.  Learning about our clients and their wants and needs is very important to us.  This is a casual no pressure meeting to gather information, get some direction and see if we are a good fit!

Like What You See...lets meet again and further define the project. A wish list and Pintrest pictures are a great way to understand what you are looking for and gives us a great starting point to design your new home, renovation or addition.   

Construction Drawings and Permitting....all our projects start with a blank slate and are unique based on the lot shape and size or the house footprint. We will develop floor plans and walk you through every room to ensure it works for you, then we will create exterior elevations and color renderings to show you what the house will look like. We want the house to show your personality on the inside as well as the outside, so you are an integral part of this process. Once we nail down these details, we will submit for a development and building permit with the municipality and enroll your home with the New Home Warranty program. 

Selections....before we break ground we need to make some decisions....exterior finishes, windows, garage doors, appliances, fireplaces and plumbing and lighting. 

Break Ground...this is a fun time, the first big step in the building process where you can start to see your dream become a reality.  Foundation and structure starts to take shape. 

Construction and Interior Finishes....once we start construction, we will finalize interior finishes...flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, lighting and plumbing fixtures, feature walls.  This is where your personality can really shine!  We will show you the latest trends and fine tune all the details so you can love your home.

Possession...this is where we hand over the keys so you can start making memories.

Service...your home is enrolled in Alberta’s New Home Warranty Program.
