Q: What is your average cost per square foot?
A: Using cost per square foot is not an ideal way to determine the cost of your custom-built home because it usually only applies to home plans that are cookie-cutter in nature that have different fixtures or finishes. For that reason, FLR Developments does not provide home quotes based on cost per square feet. Instead, we’ll sit down with you and determine your exact specifications so we can provide you with a quote that is accurate, and one that reflects what it will take to turn your dream home into a reality.
