How does your design process work?
We start by sitting down with you to determine the overall goal of the design you want us to create. Do you want a more open concept throughout your house? Or better functionality in a specific space? These are the types of questions we’ll ask so there’s no lingering confusion as we move further along in the process, and so everyone is on the same page. After we gather all your great ideas and have complete clarity, it’s time to put pencil to paper. We’ll construct in-depth blueprints for you to review and approve. Once you approve of the designs, we can start turning them into reality as soon as you like.

Q: How long does it take for you to design a house?
A: Depending on the specifications of the house and the wishes of the client, it can take us between 3 months up to a year to completely finish a custom home blueprint. This includes multiple review periods where changes may be made, and represents the timeframe for a fully finished blueprint which can be acted upon immediately.
Q: Can I have you build something that someone else has designed?
A: Of course. While we would love to help design what we build for you, we understand that some people may already have a designer in mind to work with.
